Gramyumm Services Description

Gramyumm is a company registered under Omsys Pvt Ltd. It aims to shorten the supply chain to benefit the rural India and promote circular economy. Gramyumm gives its users an opportunity to procure products directly from the farmers by eliminating middle men and giving the profit directly to them. We use internet and associated information technology enabled processes to ensure transparency and visibility. The products are FSSAI validated and can be used for cooking. In lieu of our services following points should be noted:

  1.   Gramyumm procures products directly from the farmers and artisans without involving middle men, thus increasing their profits and strengthening rural India.
  2.   All the products are ‘Made in rural India’.

“We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”

User License

Gramyumm is a unique initiative and the developed system and processes are first one of its kind in the world. Few of these components are pending for patent; therefore, adherence to our user license policy is of utmost importance.

  •  Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ST’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. As soon as we will receive the order from our website, we will dispatch the products through courier or post. However, whenever weather conditions do not allow timely delivery, there might be a delay in delivery (to a maximum extent of one month) and Gramyumm will notify buyers about the delay.
